Our Policies

Payment, Attendance, & More

01

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your lesson, please do so 48 hours in advance. No-show lessons or lessons canceled for non-emergency reasons less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full amount for the missed lesson. Exceptions are made you have to cancel due to illness, emergency, or inclement weather and we can find another time for you to make it up!

03

Payment Policy

Payment is due by the start of the lesson. We accept many forms of payment including PayPal, Venmo, check, or cash. If you have paid for a lesson that you then cancel due to illness or emergency, your payment will be applied to a future makeup lesson. Lesson payment for no-shows or non-emergency cancels with less than 48 hour notice will not be refunded.

02

Effective Practice Regimen

In order for everyone to have the best experience possible, we require students to practice. This doesn't mean you have to practice hours a day! We will teach you how to practice smarter, not longer. But, we do expect our students to be dedicated to their craft outside of lesson time. If you find practicing to be a struggle, we'll work with you to develop a plan.

04

Guests & Guardians

Both of our studio locations have comfortable waiting areas and are convenient to area amenities. For the most focused and productive lesson time, we encourage guests and guardians to explore the local area and return at the end of the lesson, or to sit in the waiting area as opposed to being in the lesson room. We're happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have and prioritize our students' comfort above all!
